Rates

Does not include 6% Pennsylvania Sales tax and 3% Franklin County Room tax.

For each additional guest in a room, there is a $30 fee.

Two roll away beds are available for $15 per night, each.

Breakfast is available to non-guests, by reservation, for an additional fee of $10 / $12.50.

The inn is a non-smoking facility. 

A minimum charge of $100 will be assessed if smoking occurs in order to cover the additional cleaning of smoke residue.

Reservations

A 1-night deposit is required in order to make a reservation.

A 10-day notice is required in order for a full return on your deposit.

“No shows” will be charged in full.

Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. 

Please notify the innkeepers if you will be arriving after 6:00 pm.

Check-out ends at 11:00 am.

Please inquire with the innkeepers if you wish a later check-out.

Miscellaneous Policies

Holidays and special events require a 2-night minimum stay.

Polite and well-behaved children over the age of 12 are welcome.

The inn does not accommodate pets.
